All our extensions and products are eligible for free delivery. Please allow 10 business days from the date you’ve placed your order for delivery. Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified via email with your tracking information. Please note this does not include holidays.

Our wigs arrive customised, which means the lace will be plucked and bleached. The hair will also be lightly styled.

• The key to long lasting hair is proper care and maintenance. We suggest washing your hair every week to two weeks.

• When washing your hair, please avoid using shampoos and conditioners that contain sulphates or alcohol.

• After washing your hair, we suggest leaving it to air dry to avoid using too much heat (just as if it was your real hair!) If you do, please ensure you use a heat protectant.

• We do not recommend sleeping without a silk scarf or bonnet to protect your hair from matting, tangling, and snagging. Please ensure you are twisting or braiding your hair into sections before wearing your bonnet or scarf.

• For curlier textures, we'd recommend brushing your hair with a detangling brush or wide-tooth comb and work your way from the bottom to the top to avoid tugging and snagging on your hair.

• When styling curlier textures, you can use a spray bottle with water and leave in conditioner and run your fingers through your hair and scrunch the curls in between the palm of your hands to further activate them After doing this, please leave to air dry or use a diffuser for long lasting results.

• If you are planning to colour your bundles or wigs, then please ensure you are deep conditioning your hair. Our Burmese Virgin hair can comfortably be bleached to colour 27 without any compromise on the quality.

HHB extensions are 100% Virgin hair which means it can be bleached and dyed. However, if you'd like to lift the colour to 613 or brighter then we'd recommend purchasing Raw hair or contacting us on hello@herhairandbeauty.uk for a custom order.
